Thank you for shopping at Zahra Prints. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered worldwide.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or major sales.

  • Once your order is processed, it is sent to our trusted third-party production partners and suppliers for fulfillment

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Zahra Prints ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and supplier location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Middle East: 7–20 business days

  • Asia: 7–20 business days

  • Africa: 10–25 business days

  • Latin America: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, shipping delays, or factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Product type

  • Weight/size of the order

We may offer free shipping promotions at times, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Zahra Prints ships to most countries worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country’s customs office.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost of these charges.

If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the package may be returned or destroyed — no refunds can be issued in these cases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update depending on courier and supplier.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

  • If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
Zahra Prints is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Delayed Packages

We cannot control courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen international interruptions.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will work with our supplier to issue a replacement when eligible.

8. Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.
